The floor should be 3/4" thick. i would use advantech instead of plywood. if you are going to put siding on the shed you can use 1/2" plywood for the walls. another option is 5/8 t1-11. the roof should be 1/2 or 5/8 plywood.. The recommended shed floor plywood thickness is 3/4 inch pressure-treated exterior-grade cdx plywood. this type of plywood won’t sag when used on a 12 inches joist structure. osb (oriented strand board) is really common in roof and wall sheathing, as well as subflooring. it doesn’t do so well for shed floors. the reason?.
